On the other hand,  if  its  requires additional  cost for Makersan Makine , the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged[3].

Your requests regarding your rights stated above, within the scope of the law by filling in the Application Form to the Data Operator  prepared in relation to this and signing it with a wet signature, “Balçık Mah. 3258. Sk. No:23 Gebze/Kocaeli” address in person, or send it via a notary public and other methods specified in the Law.
