Makersan invests largely in engineering processes of mechanical and electronic components and devices. We proudly thank to our experienced, solution-oriented and enthusiastic engineering staff with our latest technology CAD, CAM and CAE softwares. Our extensive testing and validation laboratory is an important asset in the pursuit of development and innovations. We strive for the research and development.
We use our excessive resources and infrastructures for the pursuit of this challenge and to meet challenging customer requirements. Innovations are crowned by patent applications and Makersan has been awarded several times by applying and obtaining most of the patents among other SMEs by National and International Institutions.
Our R&D Processes
Our R&D process, which extends from needs analysis to the final product, is carried out through a systematic approach and the following steps:
Design and Simulation: Digital prototypes are created using CAD/CAE/CAM software, and functional simulations are conducted.
Prototyping and Testing: Prototypes are produced using 3D printing and CNC technologies, and durability tests are performed in our specialized testing laboratories.
Validation and Production Readiness: Products are evaluated for compliance with international quality standards and prepared for mass production.
Projects and Innovations
To date, we have successfully completed numerous national and international R&D projects. We continue to develop next-generation solutions that enhance the performance and reliability of our electromechanical products, primarily in the automotive industry as well as in various other sectors.
Our Patents: We have filed 8 national and 3 international patent applications to date.
KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK Funded Projects: Through government-funded projects, we actively contribute to local and national production.
Solutions for Electric Vehicles: We develop pioneering R&D solutions for EV conversion projects.
